High-End Accuracy at Half the Cost:
The Sonic CS+ leverages 385 nm wavelength technology to achieve better curing depth control compared to standard 405 nm LCD printers. While 385 nm wavelengths typically accelerate LCD degradation, the Sonic CS+ is designed to overcome this limitation by maintaining a standard LCD screen lifespan of 600K – 1.5M layers. As a result, users can expect the clinical accuracy that was previously limited to high-end DLP printers at a fraction of the cost.
Dual Plate & Vat Kits for Flexible Clinical Workflows:
The Sonic CS+ features two plate sizes, each paired with a matching resin vat to optimize fluid dynamics. The Mini Plate is ideal for same-visit restorations, maximizing speed and enabling print of 20 crowns in just 15 minutes. For higher-volume needs, the Standard Plate maximizes build area to efficiently meet daily clinical demands. With this versatile setup, users can easily adapt to varying case demands without compromising speed or quality.

After launching their first DLP printer via Taiwan's flyingV in 2016, the team shifted to LCD technology and entered the global market through a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2017. Phrozen was the first to introduce monochrome LCD screens in consumer 3D printers, setting new standards in speed and durability. From 1080p to today 's 16K, the company continues to push resolution boundaries. Beyond hardware, Phrozen built a full ecosystem—software, resins, post-processing tools, and the PIXUP model platform—creating a seamless user experience.
